Advise Please

I'm only 2 seasons into this type of wagering. Been fairly lucky this season,and been reeding this forum. My book never showed these options before and I am confused. I can get UF -7.5+500 all the way to OSU-21.5+400. Can't understand why . Any advice would would be helpful.

pre game adjusted lines....rarely as good a value as the primary spread.

I am wondering why the book wants me to play UF-7.5+500 or
OSU-21.5+400 as opposed to the standard line of UF+7 now at-103 or OSU -7 at -113.

I'm really stupid (or it was the budwieser) but I see where I was thinking wrong,however I have alot to learn about the odds number as opposed to just the spread numbers. Still any input will be appeciated
